Will my guests actually complete the survey?
Yes — because guests understand it will make their experience better. Our survey is not a generic feedback form. It is a guest telling their guide who they are before the tour begins.
Do my guides need to download an app?
No. PersonaTour works in any browser on any device. Guides access their Daily Commute on their phone on the way to the tour.
How does the AI briefing work?
PersonaTour reads every guest survey response and uses Claude — Anthropic's AI — to generate a personalised group briefing for the guide. It analyses identity types, context preferences, shared interests, and flags — and produces specific actionable tips for the guide.
Is guest data secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely with row-level security. Guest last names and email addresses are never shown to guides. Survey responses are private and only shared with the assigned guide and company admin.
Can I import from FareHarbor or other booking systems?
Yes. PersonaTour integrates with FareHarbor, Bokun, Rezdy, and Peek Pro. Connect your booking system in Settings and import tours and client lists with one click.
